1.Nf3 d5 2.c4 is the Reti Opening.
I always had trouble against 2...d4 when I played it - couldn't say anything about 3.b4.
What is the name of this opening?

it tells me that 1. Nf3 d5 2. c4 d4 is called Reti-Opening Advanced Variation.

I haven't found anything connected to 3. b4
to me it looks like white neglected the center ...
She created a new variation with 3. b4 or did it transpose into another opening?

I prefer the RedLady Reti.
It might have transposed into a gambit that begins with 1. b4 followed by 2. c4.

It works perfectly fine. So it can't possibly be an opening that does not have a name. Reti is without the b4 isn't it?

Be careful in this position: after 3...f6, 4.e3 is correct, and not 4.Bb2.
Yes, so it probably transposed or a varation that wasn't listed with whichever site Turamon checked.
RedtiLady is good too, but i'm not sure people would get it unless they know the Reti Opening.
