I nominate Ziryab.  This comment I have quoted should be enough to verify the legitimacy of my nomination.

You need a thread: http://www.chess.com/forum/view/suggestions/grammar-police

Well, a comment alone is also fine. But I'll include both that thread and the comment that Deweyoxberger referred to on the list.

It is frowned upon by many members of the chess.com community, and the purpose of this contest is to change that attitude.

ajttja

we will be the new generations of trolls! our job is to promote trolling to all parts of the world, even make a trolling class in schools!

King_undercover_vamp

You should've included TT comments.  I did my share of trolling there.  (:

Well, if u can provide a link to pages where you did your trolling, then those could be included in the contest as well.

rooperi

I want to nominate macer75 again, foe post#10 here:

@Macer75:

Congrats , seems I owe you an apology for calling you a lousy Troll . You are quite good I see.

Did some reading on your scattered posts and observed you broke the law many times. You didn't troll , but made real sence, was supportive and kind and wrote more than just one line. This is introllerable and might cause you loss of votes.

One personal note. I made a typo yesterday when I wrote about a relation between SebLeb and Staff-member Squaro. I wrote inner instead of inter.

Nomination accepted. Macer75 is already officially on the ballot, but he wasn't nominated for that comment in particular, so it will be added to the list.

lol... thanks man! I don't think anybody who comments as much as I do on chess.com trolls in every single one of his comments. Even most dedicated trolls get serious once in a while, either because they're tired of trolling, or (much more rarely) when they find a topic that they have something serious to say about.

O, and about about the last part of what you wrote ... that just made me more confused...

Well, a comment alone is also fine. But I'll include both that thread and the comment that Deweyoxberger referred to on the list.

The mods removed Dewey's name from that thread. Something about "naming and shaming". I thought it was praise.

In any case, I'm gonna need to name and shame him for putting me in a position to lose to SebLeb.

So you don't like to lose. I like that. That's a quality that you can find in all great trolls. Laughing
But you still need 1 more nomination to make it onto the ballot.

@Macer75:

Well , let's use the Concrete-thread for that story. It makes no sence bothering your guests and peers with SebLeb's problems here.

This thread is suppost to be a party , remember !

PS , I know them smileys , but I can see no : "I was not trolling" one. Or is there already an agreed key-stroke combi like :). Or a Clinton-smile saying : " I did not troll this woman"

Or better , who the heck cares , a true troll won't use it anyway.

Good! No one else will nominate me. I'm more a troll whisperer than troll. I feed 'em.

skakmadurinn

But...

What does troll mean?!?!?!

Oh, now I remember, I made a post about it

I look at it as a sport!!

Pre_VizsIa

I notice that I have been nominated for being a troll for: playing a forum game the way I was supposed to? Not saying there is no post I have made out there that deserves a nomination, but that's definitely undeserving of a troll nomination Wink.

This contest is for troll of the month, not spammer of the month.

Although spamming could be considered a form of trolling I guess... But it is a very low-level type of trolling, and won't help you win this contest.

Ziryab

I suggest that 90007000 be withdrawn from the competition. He or she has offered nothing of substance in any thread.
