How to become a staff member

If I would like to help contribute to chess.com by becoming a staff member, how can I do that?  I never get to be a staff member so I would really appreciate it

Well, I have to imagine that Erik would be looking for someone who is both enterprising and proactive, so ivandh's interpretation seems valid to me.
