Training goes well, but like everybody else, I just wish I had more time and more stamina.

Tactical ability continues to grow, understanding of strategy is increasing,  theoretical knowledge base is expanding... the short answer is that I am progressing. 

Solving tactical problems and studying games over a real, physical chess board has made a big difference. Have also been switching perspective on problems to practice thinking from the opponent's point of view.
