Learn the king and rook checkmate

Its not hard to know that the king and rook checkmate is pretty easy to learn, but there is still pepoles, like beginers, that dont know how to do that. This is why im doing this blog, my blogs are there to help beginers learn, other blogs i did were talking about chess rules, i have a preview about italian game that i never finished, and i will do more things in the future

The first thing you need to have for a king and rook mate is something like this:

You need to have a rook and your opponent to have no pieces left, even if your oponent has a pawn you need to capture it before doing the mate
You can also use the queen, but i dont recomend it cause there is a faster way to checkmate your opponent with the queen.
The first thing you need to do is cutting off the king using your rook like this:
Now the king cannot go foward, now you need to push the black king to the edge of the board, but how?
Here how, you need to have both kings aligned up like show in this example
Now like show in this example, you move the rook up, the opponent king is forced to go backward, but if you dont know how to align both kings, make sure that when its your turn, the opponent king is 2,4 or 6 scares away, and then you just chases his king until its ligned up, if its not one of these numbers(or 0) then move the rook behind your king in the opposite direction of his king, this will help you mate faster
DONT LET YOUR OPPONENT CAPTURE YOUR ROOK!

now you repeat this precess until the king reach the edje of the board
now you repeat it 1 last time, but this time its different
it is checkmate, the king can no longer go backward, and the game is won for white
