Road to the Grandmaster title - Victory against the Reti

After the first 8 rounds of the February Titled Tuesday Tournament I had 4,5 points. The time control of the tourney was 3 minutes per player plus 2 seconds increment per move.

In the 9th round I played with the Young Candidate Master Rohith Krishna Sudhahar from India.

He played The Reti opening and I replied with d5, c6 to build up a blockade against the g2 bishop. We got something like a reversed London system. Exchanged pawns on e4 and blocked the center, which was an advantage for black, because white's g2 bishop was blocked and black was able to start an attack on the queenside with b5.

Then he played a suicide move, sacrificed a knight on d5 with the idea to win it back, but I had a strong countermove to keep an exchange advantage:
