Daily 1900!

[There are no good random "1900" pictures, but fortunately I remember the movie "The Legend of 1900"]

When I was writing this, I suddenly want to check out the very first game I played on chess.com (something I have never done before). As we can all agree, I was a very bad patzer back then (everyone was a very bad patzer, and there are some unfortunate guys like @I-I_I-I who would be very bad patzers for the rest of their life). Anyway, I have to admit that it's still a rather depressing fact that some very bad patzer like @I-I_I-I could crush me in 2017 July (but fortunately he didn't and he has to be crushed by me now in 2020).

Here is the full game with my three years hindsight:

Ok. That was for 2017, now back to 2020 and 1900. Now I am mainly using daily to practice slow playing (I couldn't find too much time to play rapid), and my aim is to get to 2000 and start to play some "real" tournaments.

First the game that brought me to 1900 and in which I had to deal with the nasty d4.

A typical (and dirty) blitz trick worked in a daily game, which is a bit surprising:

I was also very lucky in the next game:

In daily, at high levels it's inevitable that you encounter some cheaters. So it's important be able to identify them. Why? Because if you are 99.99% sure someone is cheating, you can stall your game against him as hard as you can and keep reporting him until he's banned. Then he will timeout and you will get free points. Fair deal!

This is exactly what I did in the following game:

I wish I could share more interesting games with you, but unfortunately daily games tend to be boring (to play and even more boring to analyze). So to conclude I will share a truly awesome (unrated, of course) daily game in which I tried so hard to lose!
When I was working hard to write this, @I-I_I-I told me that he is too lazy to do anything related to chess (and I doubt, related to life), and yes, he's probably too lazy to read to this point so I could safely say I adopted him without him noticing it. (Strictly speaking I didn't adopt him cuz he never let me beat him 10 times in a row (also known as chicken))
Finally, thanks for your readings!
