i sometimes find games that are real, and i like the gameplay, so much so, that i'd like to offer another game as rematch, before the current game has ended.

If the account is banned for 3+ years can chess.com just put -inactive on their username or just straight up delete the account?

It would be great to see and access easily games that are waiting for the opponent's move in the Play submenu. I play only a few at once but some play 100s so could be selected ones, favourites, recent ones or longest waiting ones, etc... or all of them with another submenu. Food for thought.

1. Check if you have Internet
2. Check if your browser is not blocking the site
3. Try closing and opening the app or site again
4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again as a last resort

I have been playing hyperbullet like 30 secs with a strong connection but suddenly chess.com brands me as reconnecting, so i check my internet, it says connected. Yay, but then when I check the app/site, i was lost in a rated game due to timeout or abandonment. Pls, chess.com fix this.

most players i play with 800 elo, aren't actually that elo, but actually players with multiple accounts. i wish i played people on my level, and not grandmasters playing low elo for fun.

When I play on my school iPad, when the page refreshes on a checkmate(so it says, you win by checkmate or something like that), the whole tab freezes, and I have to refresh a couple times before it works, I’m playing on safari on iOS 18, and I can’t get the app because it’s a school iPad.

While on windows mode you don't have a menu. You need to zoom out or to go fullscreen. This is a recurrent bug on some modes.

so a few things. first, i'd like to do game review while in focus, so that the size of the board doesn't change, and then secondly, i'd like to know how to make chess.com full screen, so that focus, is even more even more focus from other distracting things. it'd be nice too, if while in focus, we can orientate so the board is in the middle of the screen, and not to the left.

For some reason whenever I go to game analysis, it only shows one bar of move list. I think this should be adjustable in the analysis settings menu, and follow where you are at the bar.

I am having a hard time understanding the "Game collection" feature. I can add games to a collection, but there is nowhere on the site that actually shows them as far as I can tell. I would expect that I can choose to feature a collection on my profile page at the very least, but no. What is the point of this feature?

I have a disability that has become increasingly difficult to manage, my hands and fingers shake making mouse slips really common. My voice is good however, any chance you could do voice recognition in a future version? It would be difficult, but I think the recognition technology is there, maybe not so much for mouse move training.
Note, I rarely play online anymore due to the frequency of mouse slips, not making excuses, just pointing out that it is difficult to play without using a touch screen or mouse. I do use the feature that you click on a square and the destination to make the move and it does help a lot but even then, i still have slips. Also, wouldn't this be cool for blindfold games?

IN GAME HISTORY IT WOULD BE BETTER IF WE HAD WHAT TIME WE PLAYED THE GAME AS WELL AS IF WE COULD SEARCH THE NAME OF THE PLAYERS SO WE COULD FIND THEM MORE EASILY FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU GOT A KILLER KING ACHIVMENT AND YOU WANT TO GO TO THAT GAME AND THEN WE COULD JUST SEARCH KILLER KING ACHIVMENT AND GET IT DON 'T YOU THINK ????

I have been playing on the site for about 3 years. Recently cc changed it so if you use your daily game review and try to review a game already reviewed it doesn't work. Can you guys turn it back on ? Come on at least not be that greedy.
