Diamond members gain a feature that is "play multiple matches at once" this allows players to "legally" cheat . And there's even an achievement for it , i don't know if chess.com is encouraging people to cheat or anything? Also , i'm not a diamond member so if you think i'm wrong about the feature or do you think it shoild be removed? Pls comment below your opinion. (sorry if i'm wrong)

I noticed some changes recently. Is there a way to follow / get notifications of planned changes in advance and when something gets rolled out? 

Sometimes when I'm clicking through the moves with the little arrows in puzzles, I accidentally hit the hint button and lose rating when I would have gotten it right without help. In general the hint button is in the way and annoying so it needs to be updated or have an option in setting to remove it

Could we have a reset to current position keyboard shortcut in analysis, please? (and everywhere where this function makes sense, please.)

Bug: File names are off screen in daily puzzle in Safari

I don't know if streaks are a beta feature or something else but I don't really like them. I wasn't here last year when they did something but here are my arguments against them. 1. It won't really bump up player activity as people will just do a puzzle and not come back to chess that day. 2. As from a personal and the experience of my friends on the infamous duolingo when someone ultimately loses their streak it can be so painful that they may not even play chess for a long time. 3. If somebody new is getting into chess it can feel impossible for them to reach the streak of their friends if they have any...... 4. chess is a very difficult game that people learn for and train for but most importantly enjoy. and having streaks can make a fun game a chore that you have to complete each day.  As for the fact that chess.com wants an active community and more subscriptions I would change something else rather then add streaks. And since they are already coded in i would just not turn them on for every user so those who want can turn them on manually. Finally if you can enlighten me with something factual as most of my points are psychological and don't have to apply on all people fell free to do so.

A few minutes ago, I received a request to play, but I wasn't able to respond, and the request disappeared. I don't know who sent the request. So it would be nice to have a notification saying that so-and-so has sent a request to play. This would allow the player who was requested to send the request they missed themselves. English is not my native language, so I hope I have been clear in my suggestion.

so one day i logged into my chess..com account, and the sidebar is completely different and much worse. one my alt account, its still the same. is there any way to change it back This is the new look👆

I mean, I've been waiting for at least one of these bots ever since I joined chess.com. And they literally have almost every other top player.

I was playing solo chess today but when I captured the final piece with a pawn, it didn't bring me to the next stage. Is it a feature of solo chess that pawns can't be he last one on the board or is this just a bug?

When I was editing my "About me" page, I found that I cannot chose the size of emoji I want to. It was possible half year back but now, it just stay at that size even if I mark that emoji with text and select bigger size. Just like this emoji here

Three puzzles a day. Six if you do custom. Seven if we count the daily puzzle. It's unnacceptable.  "People on the site improve x3.7 faster with premium" Is what chess.com says. Of course, because unlimited puzzles improves a player way faster than 3-7 a day. Add more puzzles! However, I'm not just another one of those puzzle rights activists that chess.com chooses to ignore (called out), it's everything. We need more puzzles, puzzle rush, double game review, more bots unlocked, ect. Otherwise, people will continue to leave the site. What I suggest is chess.com stop being so money hungry. Give back! Most people on chess.com don't have premium, plat, or gold. So, chess.com lures them in with promises to make them improve... and then they buy it. That's how money is made, I get it. The only problem with that is people will soon realize that there is a site that has ALL chess.com features for FREE (lichess.org). And these people will go there. Hence, in being money hungry, chess.com actually loses members.  What I suggest:10 puzzles a day (original 3) • Two Game Reviews a day (original 1) • One puzzle rush per mode per day (so 3 total) (original 1) • More lessons and exercises (original 1?!) • At least +5 bots available. Chess.com, if at least doing a portion of this, shows the community that chess.com actually cares, and people will stop leaving for lichess and chess tempo. Let's do this!                            

A frustrating part of a correspondence game is that we have to wait for weeks or months to see a review of the ongoing match. Instead, how about this: after every move, we can see a review or evaluation of the previous moves, as a new variant or as an option for unrated daily games? It could be very educational and more practical than Play Coach, I guess.

I was playing my game peacefully and...  I typed :ghost and this happened.

Back in the old days, I saw streamers (like Hikaru and Danya) right-click their board, then it would be a bright and highly saturated red, and the arrows be non-transparent. Nowadays, the red is a desaturated mess, and the arrows are highly transparent. Their are no Chrome extensions or stylus for this. Please help me?
