It would be nice if the move time duration was displayed when the mouse is over a move's the time bar. The Score view and Best Move view are already mouse hover active. As it stands there is nowhere on can accurately see how long a move took.
So I noticed playing in the arena playing 3m time control and 6 minutes left for the arena. When I lost, my time was almost up and so was the arena's time, but my opponent still had about 1 minute left. So I started another one with 59:30minutes left. The game was done with 53minutes left, so 6:30minutes passed and we still had a combined time of about half a minute left on our clocks. Is there some sort of increment even when there is none? something to balance out lag? Because shouldn't a 3m time control last no longer than 6minutes? Because otherwise it means with 6:01 minutes left for the arena, it might get aborted because the arena has ended while you're still playing when at least one player should have lost on time before that if not checkmated earlier.

I was looking for puzzles to post in my club, but discovered that there's no analysis button. You used to be able to click on a button, and it would take you to the analysis board, where you can analyze the puzzle. But this button is gone, so it's impossible to analyze the puzzle, and there's also no PGN.

I use an iPhone X to play here and the last couple of days I don’t get any sound when moving pieces. Also no sounds on puzzle rush including the countdown timer. I’ve been to the settings page and moved the sounds option several times but that’s not fixing the problem.

So, there is still the puzzle issue where some puzzles throw you into a random one instead of the one you selected. After a puzzle rush, you can click on the one you failed and retry them. When you click on the button to solve it, you get to solve that exact puzzle. Some few however instead of letting you solve that specific puzzle open a different random puzzle each time you click that button. It seems to mostly happen when instead of getting one wrong, the time runs out, so instead of a red cross, it's the grey minus. Clicking on that grey minus has the orange solve button instead of the grey small icon with the symbol of a hand moving a piece.Still some puzzles are always affected as you can select any puzzle you know the number of and add a "/solve" to the URL of the puzzle, however some few still give a random different puzzle, which is quite annoying. Also I solved that random puzzle that I got instead of the one that should have been around 1200ish (it should have been this one https://www.chess.com/puzzles/problem/555770). The one I got instead was fairly hard (for my rating) but solving it without errors didn't award any points. I made no errors as getting it wrong, then retrying and solving it would have UNRATED displayed instead of the rating

I have my analysis set at unlimited time, before it used to go depth=30-35 . Now itt doesn't go above 20.. Is it because I have downgraded to gold?
I can't generate new Analysis Report. The progress bar stops before 30% and only the book moves are reported in the move counts.
What is this bot - @Quick-Bot? I just got caught in the blitz. Account created today, I am his first victim. Is it a computer? Plays very quickly. Is this your bot?

In the old Lesson- Strategy- Silman's lessons in Strategy (1) the O'kelly-Najdorf game, When I played 10. ... Nxf2,it says 10...Nxf2?? loses a piece after 11.Rf1, pinning the Knight to its Queen. But the Queen is hanging on c2!

So, I was just playing a rapid 15/10 game, and I am white, I play my move, and then the opponent doesn't do anything, and there is a pop-up that says "The game will abort in ____" with a countdown. Why does that happen? What's the point of it?
Please resolve this problem fast. The server is down.
Basically, secret queen works exactly the same as regular chess, but with one difference, At the start of a game each player chooses one of his/her pawns which then becomes a queen, but still looks like a pawn to the opponent. My friends and I have loads of fun playing this, so just wondering if it could be a possibility? Thanks, YKwaggasmit

For some reason, all of my "Chess, com Beta" forums alerts disappeared. I had 12 alerts, and suddenly all the new beta forums were gone. Any idea why this could happen? I know I didn't delete them. They were there one second, and gone the next.

I was looking at the puzzle in this article and it said White to move. However, Black was to move. Try it. You'll have to scroll down. ????????
I forgot to save the screenshot after the game, but I was about to promote a pawn with the selection open which piece to promote to in an arena tournament when my opponent resigned. That got the promotion selection stuck on the screen in the next game. Obviously it obscured the screen, so I clicked on it and it disappeared without giving me a queen, but then I couldn't move one pawn. I don't remember exactly but I don't think it was pinned, it was fairly early in the game and the bishops weren't out, so it might have been the pawn that I was about to promote in the last game got stuck. Either way, the second part would be solved anyways if the promotion popup doesn't get carried over to the next game

When I go on to Chess.com on my iPad, some features aren't there (etc. four player chess). That also means that users that use iPad only are missing out.
This bug occurred analyzing game https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/3619831506?tab=analysis Below are 3 screen shots showing one line where only 2 moves are listed. In one case the line evaluated at +0.16 is displayed in the wrong position. It may be that truncate lines is a feature. If so please explain. Then the only bug is the improper ordering of the lines in the first screen shot.
I don't have any membership, but today I solved 6 puzzles.
