I am in an ultra bullet touney and my connection is very fast. All searches are loading in a flash but still when the tourney is just about to start and my game has started I start experiencing lag, no matter how good my connection is. As a result i lose about 15-20 seconds of my time which ensures i lose every game. Is it a problem with chess.com? ultra bullet chess = 10 sec to 30 sec time controls

I've got a color vision deficiency and I'd really appreciate if the "submit moves" and "accept draw" buttons show clearly different colors, like green for submit move and grey for accept remis.

From what I've seen, to ensure there are no notifications for your friends going online and offline, you have to go to focus mode. My suggestion is to have it as a setting so that you can enable and disable these kind of notifications.

On my Samsung Phone I still have a notification that I have a draw option from a game a finished a while ago. In the actual game I did not accept/decline, I just ignored the offer and won. If I accept or decline the draw now, it says 'Game already over', yet the '1' on the notification icon bell is still there. After I closed out the chess app and re-opened it the '1' icon was still there, and I can't get it to go away.
We released code for bughouse today and would really like to know about any problems you all might find with it.

It seems that the number of notifications (see picture) doesn't refresh correctly. For example, if I have 5 notifications and I click on one, on the new page the number is 4, but if I go back Home or in Live Chess, this number of notifications goes back to 5, even if I refresh the page. (Using Safari on OS X)
I tried to flip board from white to black in explorers but some time the pieces do not move or move out of the board. It's strange.

I know there has been a problem where all notifications have been cleared and there is still a number of notifications shown on the bell icon while there are none (this still exists, please fix) but this is not the same. I received two club requests. I accepted them both but when I reload the page, they came back. This has been going on for a day, so please fix. Sometimes when I accept again, it says invalid club request but sometimes I think they're just accepted again and again. Please fix, thanks

Hi, when switching to Focus Mode the board size automatically changes to a large board. In the old version the board size remained the same which is what I prefer. Now I have to resize the board everytime which is annoying.

I really enjoy tactics on chess.com, but there is one update in the stats that I wish there was. For actual chess.com game types it shows winning streak and best win, I think it would be nice to have that for tactics too. (most tactics correct in a row and highest rated tactic solved) Typewriter

It is amazing to see all the tickets you submit, the ideas and all the feedback. So as you know, we read every single ticket and idea you send and they are really important for us. This week, we were thinking about ways to improve this feedback process. While reporting bugs and submitting ideas in desktop is pretty easy and straight-forward (Help menu item), things are a bit different in our mobile apps. That is why we would like to ask you a few questions, please: 1) Do you know how to submit a bug-report/suggestion in the Android/iOS app? 2) Do you think this process is easy/useful?  3) Would you like to receive an update once the issue is fixed or the suggestion is received? And finally... 4) Which would be the perfect feedback/bug-reporting system for you regarding our apps? What would you like to have there (features)? Thank you so much for your help and time! We are working really hard to improve Chess.com each day and your feedback is so helpful for us.

So these new chess variants are awesome especially with the live tournaments held for them, and I was wondering if there was going to be a special tactics trainer for them. Also, is there any hope for Shogi coming to chess.com? If so what would need to be done to show demand for these potential new features? I personally can tell you that no matter what my budget is, if Shogi were to be introduced, I would upgrade immediately after being made aware.
