When playing a daily game and set to 14 days against my son using the chess.com site (not the app). I move a piece and select the check mark to confirm, the screen changes to curent games. At that point the menu button at top left is not selectable. Only after you move from the current games page does it works properly. Android / Google Chrome. I have tested it on 3 different Android phones with the same results. -Rob

here i am online as u can see it but it is showing the yellow box next to my avatar instead of the green box. Also i have not opened any other tab in which i am in live chess. I guess this is a bug

In the App, while I am logged in as a premium member, the videos are incomplete, cut short and presented as demos. I wanted to report this through the app, but ”report a problem” was not as it should be, so I came here

Dear Chess.com: Now that the Archive button is on the top right of the screen, it makes it harder to clear out messages quickly by spamming the Archive Message button when it was on the left. Please change this back to the old placement of the Archive button. Thanks! --ALS2005

I'd like to suggest one more option in the challenge settings you've received.Some time ago I received a NM challenge for a bullet match and as I do not like to refuse the challenges I accepted, but no chance at all, as I am still a beginner, with an exaggeratedly lower rating than his. I lost in a few sets and he made another challenge soon after, in the same way. Enough to be "cowardice" kkkkkYou could put in the settings the option of previously choosing the type of time: bullet, blitz, fast ...Just like you have the option of time for daily game dances.Thank you.

I was able to beat computer 8,7,6 and 5 recently. Suddenly I can't seem to beat any of them. Maybe it is just me. I will admit I haven't been feeling my best, but if i could beat 7 with some regularity, it stands to reason I could beat 5 very regularly. I am wondering if the way it plays has been adjusted. I noticed that the rating of Stockfish and Komodo both changed recently also.

Is the option to donate memberships to people going to remain on EVERY post in the chess.com forums? It's a nice idea, but advertising it every time you reply to a post looks like spectacular overkill.

Sometimes I use the app as a browser, for club management. I go to Tournaments -> Daily and the app starts acting like a browser. Now, in this browser mode, the list of messages cannot be scrolled. I can only see the latest conversation and I cannot scroll to see older messages from other users.

When I hover over the chess.com logo in the top-left of the browser, it says "2 notifications" but it doesn't say what they are. I am using Chrome on a Windows 10 laptop. That is what it looks like. Thank you

The current implementation of Club Arenas suffers from two terrible bugs that can and need to be fixed.1. After their start, Club Arenas are missing in the list of upcoming online tournaments. This is the list of upcoming tournaments shown to the users by default. Site-generated arenas, which can be joined, are displayed in it correctly. However, the Club arena, which also can be joined, is missing.  It is present (see on top: Russian TV LCWL Training Arena) only in the list of Arenas  in Progress. Clearly it is a bug which severely limits user participation in club arenas. They need to be shown BOTH in the list of upcoming online tournaments and in the list of tournaments in progress.This bug and its importance were signalled to me by https://www.chess.com/member/Midav_Veahkar Great thanks to him!

Conditional Moves suddenly quit working for me in a daily chess game. They were working fine and suddenly, after I make my opponent's move, it is kicking my queen back to a square that I want to put it at. I am not in check. I made sure that he didn't move and it is a legal move. Unless it is server lag, I can't explain it. https://www.chess.com/daily/game/201596364

Hello Guys, I noticed, that you cut down the depth for better move suggestions in the computer analysis on the level "deep". In most cases there is only one move shown, that would have been bettter. I liked it a lot better, when it showed a better move and a couple of following moves as well. Will you change that back? Many thanks Christian

When I open a diagram for editing, I get red alert stripe without any text and then no images for pieces are loaded in the diagram. I have to export and import PGNs, which does not trigger the bug - only editing of an existing diagram triggers it, not the insertion of a new one. I sent console log and more details by mail to support@chess.com
