Could you please turn off the ponder setting for one minute bullet, so that it plays more like a human ? Thanks in advance for the consideration. I am not sure how difficult it would be for just that time control. Considering it can move and premove, before you can even move, it forces you to checkmate it, in less than a minute. So as a result, everyone plays the lowest few levels and drives the ratings of it way down.
While other clubs - like bughouse, for instance - still have their 'notes' on the main page, I cannot see any notes on the main page - https://www.chess.com/club/chess-com-beta). Is that normal, some kind of setting ? (I'm using Safari on OS X)

I am unable to get a queen by crossing the board. When I put my pawn in the last space the shoot comes down and I click on the queen. The queen disappears and the pawn goes back to the space it was in prior to my move. If I keep trying it, it keeps going back. If I don't protect the pawn it can be taken by the opponent. What is going on here?

every time i play in any sort of bullet as white i make my first move and my opponent's time runs all the way out and then it says i lost on time please fix this i thought it might be my connection but that was fine and the recording of the match usually looks like this 1.Nf3 01 and it says sighthunter(me) lost on time

My conclusion is that there is no system generated or staff initiated acknowledgement of the receipt of the reports, unlike what I used to get. I used to get a two-fold acknowledgement. I am a fan of the saving of staff time, but how will we know if the system is even functioning properly, without at least a minimal amount of feedback ? I used to send a report through the help portal and get an email acknowledgement. Then I started just using email directly, realizing the the help portal was tied in directly to the Chess.com email system. The new system, with the convenient push button ( see example ) ...gives me no feedback of any sort. I have gotten no bans from my reports, since I started using it and want to make sure there are no glitches. I am also requesting some sort of system generated acknowledgement of receipt, and ideally a staff acknowledgement would be best. BTW, to whom it may concern, I wasn't implicating @Brian-E, he just happened to be a convenient member, with whom I was discussing the problem.

I started a conversation using the menu button on a friends profile, which gives a small window. I then later added to the conversation, but when I go into the menu on my own profile page, on the left, I can't find the conversation. If I send my friend a new message, then the thread of messages shows up. but no conversation in my archive.... ...now I send a new message... Carefully look at the time stamps and message trail of the pics and you'll see the glitch. Thanks in advance for your time and effort.

Move list is not being shown at the Daily Chess Conditional Moves setup. [Fixed]I've also filed a report through "Report a Bug". 07/24 EDIT:Now that cond. moves list is back again, 2 bugs that came with it:• When going left/right to surf through the moves, it doesn't halt at the first move. Instead, you can surf through the whole game even though you're inside the Conditional Moves screen. (I don't know if this is intentional or actually a bug, but it feels kinda awkward. However, it might function interestingly if the issue below is fixed.• When going left/right with the keyboard to surf through the game, the move highlight doesn't shift to other moves AND this way of surfing allows the above issue to happen. Notice that when clicking, it actually does shift, so by clicking it works okay.Here's a pic I took where the first move is still highlighted, but the position is way past it:
Each club has a daily match page, e.g. here for Chess Team Holland: https://www.chess.com/clubs/matches/chess-team-holland This page contains a section "Matches in Progress" with the first 10 matches of the list of ongoing matches. My problem is with the ordering of this list. Currently, the order of matches is determined by the percentage of completion. The matches that are closest to completion are on top. (And the 10 matches closest to completion are therefore shown on the match overview page.) However, these matches are far from being the most interesting ones. Matches close to completion have most likely been decided months ago and they remain on top of the list for weeks almost without any change. Much more interesting are the matches which are still undecided (neither of the teams has reached 50% of the available points yet). Wouldn't it be more natural to place these interesting matches at the top of the list? I see two options: Finding a new ranking criterion for "Matches in Progress" that places undecided matches on top. Adding a new section "Undecided Matches" to the match overview page. Would it be possible to implement one of these?

I was looking at the different pairings of this tournament when I saw a game not ended yet in the group 8 (cf. picture) but when you click on this particular game, it says that White won (on time). Why then it is not displayed as ended ? Also, why the second game doesn't have begun yet ? (It looks like neither White nor Black have vacationed) I want to be sure it's not normal before reporting it. Thanks for your answers.

When I'm spectating a player, if I want to guess, I would move the piece to a place on the board where it might go (obviously). However, I can guess places even if it isn't an available place and even on other pieces of the same colour I don't know if it is intended behaviour but I think this shouldn't happen. I´ve been having connection problems when playing rapids on the pc but not when i play in the cellphone. My wifi connection works ok for everything else. I´ve lost a couple of games because of this. Example: https://www.chess.com/live/game/2945783004

I've noticed people playing Match or Tournament games with a low Daily rating and yet Blitz rating very high. Shouldn't a persons rating be adjusted somehow so a say 2000 rated Blitz player shouldn't be able to join a Under 1400 rated game. I guess what I'm saying is to me it's kind of like cheating, just my opinion.

I just got this error which impedes me from posting.If I hit ok, it shows the error again and again and I'm not allowed to post:
I'm not sure whether there is a problem with chess.com or something wrong with my computer, but recently, whenever I play bullet, when moves are being played at a very fast pace, the times start blinking as though I have disconnected, although my internet and everything seems perfectly fine. Once I reload the page and my opponent and I play a few moves, I'm not able to make moves, and my clock is running. I have lost a lot of my recent games due to this.... Is this a bug, or something wrong with my computer? Is anyone else experiencing this problem? (I use Chrome)
I played against stockfish online and after a few moves I premoved twice. The first premoved premoved but the 2nd one didn't and then it disconnected me. When I reconnected it said there was another log in detected. It kept doing this over and over intill I "resigned" WITHOUT CLICKING THE RESIGN BUTTON! Something is wrong with my computer, Blitz is bugging,(for 5 minute games)or someone hacked into my account. Please fix this blitz faliure.
I see this many times if i want to analyze a game , i should wait while i analyze nothing

Twice today, while I was playing blitz, I was told that "another login was detected". My connection went out for a moment and the game resigned. It didn't even give me the usual 1 minute grace that comes with a disconnection. I didn't think of it much the first time, but seeing as I was in a totally crushing position against a higher rated player the second time, I am kind of irked as I'm writing this. https://www.chess.com/live#g=2941456562 Is this a bug or am I getting hacked?
