I didn't have this problem until recently. I thought maybe a change to the V3 may have undid the change or somehow omitted the cheating forum from the regular forum.

Overview: The pieces have their bases cut off (expect for rooks and pawns). Environment: On game https://www.chess.com/daily/game/185167050 , with Chrome 64.0.3282.119(latest version). Steps to Reproduce: First, login to your account. Then close the window and open it again (it should stay logged in). Do this as many times as possible, this is a bad habit of mine and it could be a bad cache file. Go to one of your games that is your move and is a tournament game. The pieces may be all weird. Result: The bottom parts of the pieces disappear into the square below it. It looks like the pieces were loaded to far down. Everything else should function normally. Here is a screenshot: Err... the screenshot uploader doesn't work. Oh well, time for another bug report. I will post the screenshot ASAP. Expected Result: What should of happened would be the pieces loading normally.

In v2, the Analysis Report on games included lines showing why blunders, mistakes, and inconsistencies were bad. Often times, I don't know why my blunder was bad. Like the example shown below, I can't figure out why 28. Re1 was such a blunder on my part. Without loading it up in to Chessbase or other engine on my own, I can only gander at what I missed. I used these to learn quite a bit about my own blunders. Could you please re-introduce those lines in to v3's analysis? Thank you.

I believe that in Daily Chess, there should be a forced space between when you can offer a draw (e.g. if you offer a draw on move 20, you have to wait something like ten moves to offer another one on move 30, then 40, etc.) This has come up because, in one of my Daily Games, an unnamed player has offered a draw VERY repetitively, almost every move, when he is down 16 points of material vs. a lone king.

Should Arena game-play be stopped immediately when the clock hits 0, or should the games continue but not count towards their score like lichess? I always enjoy finishing my games, no matter what. I know it may be copying but I mean... IMO let the people have chess, and play it too XD

When analyzing a game, it gives you a point for each move next to "Excellent" or "Good"...etc. When someone Blunders (not me, of course) or has an Inaccuracy or Mistake, it shows what the better move was. It would be nice if there was way to click the "Good" move to be able to see what would have been "Excellent".

So I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary to come across this bug, but I found it. This is the first time I've encountered this bug. I have not experienced this in any other game. Using the Opera browser (current version), Beta website (today) This appears to only be a visual glitch Please don't write comments about the game itself. I can pm an admin if they want to see the game itself but I don't any input about the game. Thanks

Overview: Posting pictures won't work. Environment: This is in this thread: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/piece-glitch and Chrome 64.0.3282.119. Steps to Reproduce: First, login. Then, go to a thread (preferably the one mentioned above) and use the "Insert Image" button. Use some random image, fill out the "ALT Text" box and then click Insert. The button should look like it was clicked, but nothing will change. Result: The image will not come onscreen, and it will not be postable. You might have (I did) a big spike of lag for a few seconds to 2 minutes. Expected Result: The screenshot should of appeared and then be able to be posted.

Overview: When you click on a finished game, it should show the rating points you gained or lost. Environment: Google Chrome, on a mac book air. Steps to Reproduce: I don't have screenshots. Click on the bell for notifications and check if you have a notification for a completed game. Click on that game. A box should pop up saying how the person along with the rating points you have lost or gained. Result: It didn't show me how I lost or who lost (although I can just read, if chess.com can do this, why not ask for it ), nor did it show me how many rating points I lost. Expected result: A box comes up saying the number of rating points gained/lost along with the reason for a loss/win/draw and other options such as a rematch. It is not really a huge problem, but reporting it anyway

It's nice to see the tactics rankings, but it would be great to be able to sort by other columns like most attempts...etc.

Hi, I think it's a bug in a daily game make some conditional moves leave the daily game page to read some bad fake news open again your daily game and try to look at your conditional move I get this, it seems I cannot edit my moves anymore.

Hi all, on the game page, left and right arrow keys are useful to explore the moves. But in the chat box they are also useful to move the cursor in the text. By the way these keys do the both ! My suggestion is to move only in the text when the cursor is in the chat box, and to explore the moves when elsewhere. I'm using Firefox 57.

I tried changing the group icon for one of my groups but it wasn't letting me change it. It would say "changes have been saved" but no changes were there. I am SA of that group and it still isn't working. The picture I'm using has been created by one of the members and been photo shopped. Is anyone facing the same problem?

I'm not sure about this... and it's not a huge issue for me (as of currently) but I had recently played an opponent, shared the link in one of my clubs and had realized my opponent had climbed nearly 150 points since last I played (a lot I know). Here's what it looks like when I'm in live chess. I can't see the bottom of the chat window.

Problem: I was going through notifications and it had "[insert club here] (e.g. any club) has a new note" I clicked on it, and it would take me to my profile page where it has notes. OS: HP Envy, Windows 10, Chrome What should happen: When I click on the club has a new note message, it should take me to the club page not my home page. OR it should have "someone" left you a new note! and take me to my home page.

Play a game where you have a friend teaching you along the way. Unrated game between two players. One other person is allowed to come in by invite and chat or message during the game.

Have an option in a club or with friends where you can have a mode as if you were playing in a pub and your friends and cheering you on and trash talking for fun. Unrated game between two players. Participants can be friends or members of a club. Participants can join with and without invite.

Overview: I went to the chess.com extension and tested it out, checking to see what else there was besides just formatting. When I tried creating a game, it sent me to an "unknown page" Environment: Chrome (the previous version from current) I haven't updated yet, which may be the factor Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: download chess.com extension. Step 2, open extension. should look like this... step 3: create a game from this (my choice was 1 minute bullet in live) Result: It made the page look like I "logged out". Expected Result: Should bring me to live chess

I'm not sure if you get notifications for when it is your teams move on vote chess but I don't get them. I suggest we have notifs for vote chess because everyone would be reminded to take part in the vote chess games they are participating in.
