Admittedly, this is a small point related to forum post display in a specific browser, Firefox. But it is irritating if you experience it again and again. So perhaps there is a solution.
The normal way forum posts (e.g. the first post of the thread https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/scope-of-editor-for-posting-contributions) are displayed is like this:
If you are the author of a post, and you hover above the post's scope, the header of the post changes so that editing options ("Edit", "Delete") become available (red arrows in the screenshots):
The change in the header is fine, of course. However, at the same time the wrapping of the first paragraph changes (blue arrows in the screenshots). This is irritating and most probably unintended.
This happens in Firefox. It's not an issue in Chrome or Edge. (Curiously, in Chrome the first paragraph is always wrapped as in the first screenshot, in Edge always as in the second screenshot. Only Firefox toggles.) Perhaps there is a simple solution (slightly smaller icons?) that avoids this irritating feature in Firefox?
