I see that most threads in this forum are visited and commented (often by a "Ticketed" note) by one of the admins of this group or another staff member of chess.com. However, some threads are simply left unanswered. When I finish a 5 min game, the screen goes white, and it shows a loading symbol next to the URL. It will not load (at least, it had not load after twenty seconds). This has happended the last two live games I have played. Mozilla

Overview: I'm using the chess.com app in both my mobile and tablet. On my mobile I can see the list of available daily tournaments, as well as the tournaments I'm currently participating or registered. But on my tablet, they didn't show up. Environment: Mobile: LG 4K LTE running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 SM-T210 running Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat The app is up-to-date in both devices. Steps to Reproduce: On main menu, select "Tournaments" (screenshot 1), then "Daily" tab (screenshot 2). Result: The app tablet didn't display the tournaments list (screenshot 3). Expected Result: Working properly on mobile. OBS: changing the app language didn't had any effect, so I mantained it on my primary language.

Admittedly, this is a small point related to forum post display in a specific browser, Firefox. But it is irritating if you experience it again and again. So perhaps there is a solution. The normal way forum posts (e.g. the first post of the thread https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/scope-of-editor-for-posting-contributions) are displayed is like this: If you are the author of a post, and you hover above the post's scope, the header of the post changes so that editing options ("Edit", "Delete") become available (red arrows in the screenshots): The change in the header is fine, of course. However, at the same time the wrapping of the first paragraph changes (blue arrows in the screenshots). This is irritating and most probably unintended. This happens in Firefox. It's not an issue in Chrome or Edge. (Curiously, in Chrome the first paragraph is always wrapped as in the first screenshot, in Edge always as in the second screenshot. Only Firefox toggles.) Perhaps there is a simple solution (slightly smaller icons?) that avoids this irritating feature in Firefox?

Ok I wouldn't call this a huge issue, but I would call it an easy fix. STORY: I spent 2 hours playing chess between 11pm and 1am in a 5|0 blitz arena (stupid on my part). When I got off live, I expected to either see a trophy or a notification, looked but didn't see anything. I assumed that it was just a delay for some reason "e.g. servers only send trophies at the beginning of a new day" so I was like ok whatever. I checked just now and couldn't find anything and started FREAKING OUT. Where is my trophy? I spent 2 hours of my life playing 19 full games and won them all for 73 points and IT'S NOT THERE! So logically I assumed there was a bug. After looking much more closely... I realized chess.com puts the most recent trophy on the bottom... My request would be to either have the date by the buttons for "trophy case" "share" etc. OR put them in order from the most recent being at the top. Another solution would be changing the date from a lighter gray to a black font so it pops out more. Thanks!

EDIT There is not a problem for the group invite. 2. I was writing a post in the forum and proceeded to share the games (manually by entry so I could add annotations). When I made deviations from the PGN (so I could show variations rather than the main line) the moves would sometimes not appear, and the highlight for the move that it was currently on would cease to exist. I assumed maybe it's just not taking variations so I just continued to go through the game adding comments. Finally after I posted, I saw the extra move I made. Unfortunate because I could've added the entire variation and annotations but because I couldn't see what was happening, I didn't do it.

I am not sure if the new chess.com feature "achievements" has been launched yet or is it beta. But it does need to count previous things that have already been completed. Such as Team Player You played in a Team Match! Tactics Addict You solved 10000 tactics!?! Excellent! Say Hello You sent your 1st message these are many things that I can easily say I have completed, you can go check my achievements at: https://www.chess.com/awards/balashukla0761/achievements if you want to check yours: https://www.chess.com/awards/[TYPE_USERNAME_HERE]/achievements. So I am just saying that please count the achievements that we have already completed.

In my messages, I see a reply from Knights-Rule, but when I click the messages from her, no message appears. Windows 10, Chrome, Desktop.

When I look at the club discussion page https://www.chess.com/club/black-stone I see there are 410 members. When I look at the member list, I see 408. Windows 10, chrome.

Recently at the end of each live game, the page goes completely blank (all white). Reloading the page takes me back to the correct page with the dialog for rematch etc, which is what it should have done. System: V3 on Chrome on Windows 10 Home with Creator update.

If I create new Club Match challenge in Live, it is not visible neither me nor opponent. When clicked on "View" - tournament tab is empty and challenge not visible, so it cant be accepted. Both me and @bumiputra face the same problem, so it seems common. Tested in Chrome, Safari on MacOS and Firefox on Android with the same outcome. As Live club matches cant be created now, we would appreciate promt solution on this as it is impacting leagues in live chess.

Dimond icon is missing, when press "Home". Icon appears on other sections of website though. Spec: MacBook Air, Safari.

The "Insert" button has disappeared! I post a lot of diagrams so this is a big problem.

I'm not sure if it's just me but the normal draw and resign buttons have not been working for me. I'm using Microsoft Edge on a laptop (HP Envy) (latest version which I don't know what it is) but I would click on it and nothing happens (note these are tournament games from the daily chess.com championship). I've clicked on settings and download without an issue but I guess chess.com doesn't want me to finish games XD EDIT: so I tried chrome and fortunately it worked I also realized however... the achievements people get e.g. first live game do not show up in Microsoft Edge. I believe the issue is because Edge treats them as "pop-ups" which are considered "dangerous" and will mean that people who use Edge will not have the full experience. Maybe Chess.com should specify that they only support certain browsers? I hate to say that, but I'm not sure. I'll post images of examples later.

I noticed today that some of the graphics at /home seem to be off a little. The first thing I noticed was that the color of the user-nav was a darker gray than normal in other places such as /member/greenaardvark for example. That's all I've noticed at the moment.

I don't know why, but I'm getting ads even though I'm a premium member. The chess.com live stream for the Death Match was lagging and everytime I reloaded the page, there would be another ad. Is this supposed to happen?

Strangely enough, the editor options differ by type of contribution you are editing: The most encompassing editor is available for group news. In particular, this editor allows to switch to the HTML code, which is particularly handy at times. An editor with reduced features is available when posting a new topic in a forum thread. Even less features are available when you post or edit a contribution of an existing forum thread. Two editing options I'm often missing in this setting are: Alignment of paragraph (left -- center -- right). Indenting hierarchy (as with the second-order indenting of this text). What's the reason to reduce editor options in the second and third case? Can't you make the full set of editor options available always?

It started when I was making Computer Level 1 play itself and it started getting choppy, then chess.com just quit. I opened it and went back to Computer and it resumed the game, played a few moves, and quit. Now when I try to get to Computer it just immediately quits.
