Although I am not sure if this problem is because of chess.com beta, I'll say it anyway. Those kinds of trophies which people send you, I don't see them under my trophies tab. On the other hand, trophies that I win from tournaments are present. Any help is appreciated... Thanks In Advance!

So I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed or had this issue... but when I go to the tournaments tab from the left hand side bar, I can scroll through the daily tournaments, my current tournaments, and the live tournaments upcoming. On the screen it shows as 5|0 Blitz or 2|1 Bullet etc. When I click on it, it shows that it's an arena... If I want to choose a swiss setting, I have to go to live chess first before I get the tournaments. I think that it needs to be modified to have Bullet Arena or Bullet Swiss on the title like it explains in the support found here https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/articles/1444927-how-do-live-tournaments-work-where-can-i-join-one-

When saving the game the file was always filled out with the players profile names and the date the game started and all you needed to do is click save. Recently I have been getting this

Overview: I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. I have only played in 4 tournaments so far, 2 were daily moves and 2 were a live tournament. One live tournament I backed out of during it and when I finished the other live tournament I went to Play>Tournaments and it only shows the two daily tournament results but not the live tournament. It does show that I entered into 4 events.
Environment: Windows 10, Chrome
Steps to Reproduce:

2 vs 2 Teams
First off, I want to say I love the 4 way chess. It has brought me back into the game. and wanting to learn more.
If I am trying to castle and my teammate has a piece cutting through the castle, it will not allow me to castle. I believe that would be a bug?
Also.. if there are any ways to block specific players who are trolls and purposely lose, or act immature and start making right click lines everywhere? I don't have the luxury of picking my partner yet. Maybe soon.
And lastly, if there is a way to make a practice board where I could move the pieces myself, I believe this would be VERY helpful!!! Hopefully I haven't missed it anywhere, but I tried looking.
Heck, even a 4 way chess, where you could play vs computer, and/or with computer partner would be a good way to learn.

So it's a little bit confusing if you want to create a new topic in the forum of a club because you have to click on forum on the side... Would be nice if a button was added by the top of the forum or something.
Notifications are nice but if people let them pile up just like me, you have to scroll to get what you want and it's sometimes not noticeable, especially when there's not some indicator that says "NEW STUFF THAT HASN'T BEEN READ" like a visual aid such as a different shape or color. I know it has the number but that doesn't tell me what I have glanced or not glanced over and deemed not as important and I may never actually read.
In the training mode where you recapture all of your own pieces until there's one left... the instructions are hard to find and not easy to understand for a couple of times.

Not sure if it was due to the program, but it would be quite a co-incidence if it occurred on the very rare (once in several years) that I have played this computer at live chess.
The bug was that several times in the first few moves, the interface took my move back! Very odd. I played 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3, but the knight would move back and it was still my move! I had to play the bishop's opening (2. Bc4) just to get the game started as it repeatedly wouldn't accept 2. Nf3

In a daily game, there is a spot between the resize icon and the flip icon where the mouse goes crazy, flipping between a hand and a double arrow mouse's icon.

...Or in any case don't notify me when I open up chess.com with the Opera browser. It is a current browser, and still being updated.
(I am using Opera Browser, latest version, and I get the "Use a current browser" notification every time I open chess.com)

Being SA I have two options for the group description settings:
public description and private description
After trying the private one, i deleted them again. But the public description is also no more visible on the main page of my club (Oracle), at least not in V3.
i checked V2 and there all is fine and i can select between public view and private view of the club.
1. Where can I switch in v3 to see the group description again (magic - fearless - strong) ? I mean where is the function to make the public notes visible again?
2. Why do the public description disappear???

A problem I have often had is when I start to add a comment to a forum but change my mind and want to go somewhere else. I delete whatever words are in the comment and click any link (eg the "Forum" link for a group, going to the forums list). A dialogue appears asking me whether I want to leave my (blank) comment unfinished (IMO, this should not happen) and it has a checkbox to stop the page producing more dialogues.
1. The checkbox usually doesn't work at all: it doesn't change in appearance when clicked
2. Choosing to leave usually freezes the browser on that page.
Even cancelling leaving the page can be problematic, but the main issue is it is impossible to leave the page. Closing the tab produces the same dialog repeatedly (never being able to block it).

For a long time, I have noticed a fault with posting to my home page. After writing something where it says "Write some text" and pressing the "Post" button, the post vanishes with no change having occurred. Generally speaking it works after typing it in a second time.
Today I noticed that a red banner appeared to briefly flash as the post vanished. I may try to video capture this if it repeats, as it was much too fast to see any detail.

Overview: the pgn show a duplicate variation
Environment: W10, Chrome 62
Steps to reproduce: enter an analysis board in a daily game (the bug does not appear in learn/analysis)
Play a variation, step back, play another variation, step back, replay the first variation.
Even if i save, then quit and reopen the analysis, the duplicate variation is still here

This is for a note in Chess.com Beta by @Reyc14 claiming there is a bug when playing against Computer3-HARD.
The claim was that while attacking b1, the computer still castled long, even though he attacked a square between the rook and king.
