Overview: Pieces no longer move with no sound effect either. Environment: Windows 10, Chrome Version 59.0.3071.104. Steps to Reproduce: Log on to chess.com Enter any daily game. Result: Both opponents and your pieces are stated to have moved their last move, and highlighting of previous moves happen, but pieces stay in the same place. No sound effects occur either. As long as you enter a daily game that is YOUR move, it occurs. Does not happen when it is your opponent's turn to move. Expected Result: Pieces should move, and sound effects of pieces moving should occur. Additional information: Using a legal move to move one of your pieces to where the original move of your opponents move started from will cause the opponents piece to transfer to where it should be. Screenshot: Please redirect to here and here Just reporting my side of the story, but the notes section of the club illustrate a couple more serious issues of pieces also moving randomly, has not occured on me yet.

The pieces in one of my daily games are acting weird. My opponent's king has switched places with a knight, and my knight has made a super hero-like move already in the starting position (no it's not a 960 game). I am using chrome on Windows 10 on an hp EliteBook. The game is part of the Speed King #231 tournament. Steps to reproduce woud be: 1. Open browser to chess.com and click notice of games with moves waiting; 2. Play moves with "continue to next game" mode; 3. Get sent to next game where the issue appears. The expected result (which appears obvious) is that the pieces are placed in their normal positions.

Like I read in the notes yesterday. There is a big bug on dailychess now. The pieces are missplaced. cant move all pieces. It all looks strange. I dont have any video to show.

Firefox Nightly 58.0a1 (2017-09-22) (32-bit) Linux/Ubuntu 16 The arrow keys don't work. They randomly start working again and skip to the relevant position after 9 moves every time. All you have to do is press the arrow key to recreate the bug. Here you can see that the viewer is on move 8 but no moves have actually appeared on the board. On the 9th move it will jump to the correct position. It will do the same thing again 9 moves later.

For example: This shows that there are only 2 posts and the last post was made 1 day ago. But this is not correct. Hi I just found a bug last night. I cannot search for members in the members search https://www.chess.com/members/search?phrase=tipper&country=104 If I use member names that I know excist I still dont get any results.

Whenever I go to live chess,its extremely slow and I cant proceed when this happens- Even after refreshing I dont get to play.. But when I try it after 10-15 minutes it works for a time.

At the moment I have to go to version 2 if I want to make a move in one of my daily games. If I click on a board of these games or on the little red square with the white number on the top of the page in order to reach one of my daily games in beta version I only see my background (the other windows disappear).

Overview: When moving pieces on they do not end where I place them I have to move the twice. I gives an opportunity to accept move even though the piece stays in the same place. I clicking on piece to move then clicking on square I want the piece to move to. Happening to all my games. Also I have made illegal moves by placing pieces on top of each other as in diagram. Rook and King on same square. To fix problem remade move before excepting move by dragging piece and refreshed board to move pieces where the belong Environment: Chrome with windows 7 Steps to Reproduce: To reproduce doubled pieces. I click on a piece then click on the square I want it to go to then click on the same piece and move and drop it on the board. I can put many pieces on the same square. At this link. There is a bug: Earlier we could sort the members with nations by clicking on the dropdown list. Now there is no country available.

Hi I like to go to the Leaderboard to identify some potential members to my groups. And specially sorting by nations! But When you click on the more list on the button it might end differently from time to time. This time I just got 350 Norwegians in Daily chess: PICTURE 1: PICTURE 2: It is possible to scroll down futher: my question is why is this not stable and cosistence all the time? In V2 ITS EASY to SORT this way. But in v3 its a hazle. If possible I would like a opurtunity to extract it to excel. In V3. I have access to over 7000 Norwegians in Dailychess. Not in v3.

I believe I reported this bug before, so sorry if you have to read this again. So, as before, I was playing a chess game(I won) and when I used Focus Mode, everything was great! When I came out, not so much. The clocks went behind the page, with one of the clocks peeking out of the bar. Also, this lasted for THE ENTIRE GAME. I tried Focus Mode twice. Bug still there. I tried it a few games before. Bug still there. Plz fix.

[Edited later: never mind the above llink; I fixed these diagrams for Ponz. But another example is below, in post #6] Environment: latest Safari 10.1.2 and OS X 10.12.6 with all updates.

I had a chess 960 tournament start today and the first game of it showed my standard daily chess rating next to my game, instead of my daily 960 rating. It only does this on my cell phone, but it is correct on my desktop.

When clicking the X button in the top right corner of the right panel to exit analysis mode causes you to go to the tournament page for the game. (As I only have tournament games currently I'm not sure if the bug exists for normal daily games). If I hover over the X button I see that the tournament link is also highlighted. Here is a screenshot, however you cannot see my cursor hovering over the X: I'm using Chrome Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit) on OSX V10.12.6 (16G29)
