Overview: It was not possible to register for live match - https://www.chess.com/live#tm=328 - After clicking on "Join" link there was no response. Environment: Chrome on MacOS and Firefox on Androd, and as nobody was able to join, so it seems as non-environment related. Steps to Reproduce: covered in descriptionResult: No action visible after clicking on Join Expected Result: I would join the Team Club match. Additional: We have created quickly new match and registration works there correctly (https://www.chess.com/live#tm=336)

There are misplaced arrows is the daily games.

I noticed a new button under settings that said "Design." I wasn't sure what it was an clicked it and it gave me an "Oops?! Access Violation" message. Not sure if this is a bug or if the design tab us not supposed to be there. Overview: Under Current Games I can only See 10 of my 17 games I have going. This is in both List and Tile view. Environment: Windows 10 and Windows 7, Using Chrome and Internet Explorer Steps to Reproduce: Click on Home or Daily Chess the click on Current Games title bar. Result: Unable to see games Expected Result: See all list of all games.

Hey Beta Team!    We have shiny new code just for Beta and I would love if you all could take a look at and let me know if you find any errors!   Here is the break down:   1.)  Chat should no longer break while observing games. Before now, if you were watching players continuously your chat input box would read, "Chat disabled" and you would need to refresh. That should no longer be happening.    2.)  You should now be required to Confirm before withdrawing from tournament & if you are observing a tournament and close it, you should be able to rejoin now to watch again.    3.) The Examination Board member managment tab has been rewritten from scratch:      If everything is working well you shouldn't notice anything any different than before   4.) Clicking a members avatar in Focus mode should now give you the player info tab for that player:    5.) If I understand the arena correctly the arena is a 60 minute (1 hr) tournament. However when I joined an arena today the clock said 120 minutes (2 hours). Not sure if this is a bug or not. Environment: Browser: Google Chrome Operating System: Mac App Version: V3 Live Chess Device Type: Laptop Steps to Reproduce: Join an arena game (in my case a 3 |2 blitz arena). Result: Timer shows 120 minutes instead of 60 minutes Expected Result: I expected the timer to be 60 minutes. An unrelated possible bug: I withdrawn from the tournament but was not given an "are you sure" message. Also I think there needs to be a clear button to withdraw from an arena tournament. It took me a while to figure out how to withdraw.

every few minutes the chat turns off and it shows "disabled". The only way to see what you missed is by refreshing the entire page. Very annoying!! And on top of it you can't write anything. Only been happening for like the past month so it was something changed in a recent code update.

I 've just cancelled the specific tournament for 4 th time , as i do not see any available tournament points . Why is this happening?

I am using Safari, and if one opens a daily chess game, that has been played for a few moves, he can use the open an analysis board, and then click on the opening. That will take him to the opening explorer, and it will put in all his moves, even beyond the four move limit. Then, if he wants to, he can go back to the analysis board, and open another line. Here are the pics. First, one opens an analysis board, and enters the desired line. Then, he clicks on the opening, and can see beyond the four move limit.

Some massive changes just went out on in the code today! I would love for the beta team to take a look and please report anything wonky!    1.) When you opponent challenges, its in a new place!      2.)  If you opponent spends too long thinking about their move, they will get a message saying, "Are you there?" If they fail to respond, they will be forfeited.    It is only activated for games > 3 min. It is only activated if warning is to be sent when there is at least 1 minute left on the clock. It takes 25% base time for the warning to be sent. After the warning, the player has 30 seconds to reply. 3.) Lots of new code to help the Live Chess Analysis boards. Mostly involving syncing between student and board owner.    4.) Flags should appear in tournament now next to participants.    5.) You should once again be informed when your opponent leaves the chat.    6.) A fix for chat being broken while playing.    Thanks! Sometimes when i click on something in the menu it will not go to it (Like when i click on vision traner in learn menu it wont go to it but if there is a game or something under it it will go to it. I tried reloading but it still wont work.This does not happen all the time so you might not have if you try it.

So I went onto a blog(it was a tactic) and when I clicked on a piece and dragged it at the bottom but the piece suddenly(like magic) moved upward to, well somewhere on the 5th rank!(I was white) I not sure if this is an important bug, but it has happened before. Plz let me know.

I was attempting to upload a screenshot to the help and support forums here and I am unable to insert an image from my computer. I'm using a macbook pro and using google chrome. I'm not sure why it's not letting me post an image

Hello, this is my first bug report so please don't laugh at my tiny rating. I was working on an analysis of a game that I was playing, and in it, I captured a pawn. I moved back, to work out another variation, and the self analysis light green turned into the daily game dark green, as seen in this picture. As I moved my knight back to that square, the knight colored the square behind it with light green. Another picture with the C3 square mostly colored light green.

I MUST COMPLAIN IN THE STRONGEST TERMS REGARDING THE NEW GAME WINDOW FOR DAILY CHESS!! I UNDERSTAND THE NECESSITY OF ADVERTISERS AS A SOURCE OF INCOME FOR THE COMPANY, BUT SPLITTING THE DAILY CHESS GAME WINDOW SO THAT YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY SCROLL UP AND DOWN FROM THE BOARD TO THE GAME AND CHAT CONTROLS IS RIDICULOUS! I AM SURE MANY LIKE ME HAVE RETURNED TO THE OLD CHESS.COM VERSION ONE BECAUSE OF THIS.

so i was playing a game and the opening detector said the opening i did last game

We are going to be adding a set of Win/Lose/Draw icons in a few places on the site that will allow us to quickly communicate things like your Record vs a specific chess computer:     We'd like to get your opinion on which set of icons you prefer for Win/Lose/Draw. A or B?  

Not sure of how exactly to trigger this bug, but recently I noticed that the menu stop opening when I hover with the mouse. (usually it does, and I can access the sub-menus).It looks like this happens after I start playing a live game, but I'm not 100% sure.Here is a screenshot of some game, with debug console opened A workaround is to reload the page, then everything is fine for a while but it usually crashes again at some point.

so i was checking my daily game and the last two moves were repeating and it wasn't even my turn to move
