Depends. Though, it definitely isn't difficult to achieve.

Chatterbox certainly is hard to get, since it takes time, but it isn't difficult to get... I would consider that solving 10K puzzles correctly (to get puzzles addict) is harder...
But still, probably not the most difficult one to get...
The blogs related ones perhaps?..

just got me puzzle addict - &0K correctly solved puzzles... Quite an achievement...took me some time and perseverance!
