Does anybody use Hiarcs on iPad?

Is it possible to add variations and text comments to a game and save it to a pgn file?

You can't save pgn files that I am aware of on the ipad. I have some that show they are saves, but when opened nothing happens.

Thank you. Do you know any other software for the Ipad which allow to add variations and comments to a game and save it to a pgn file?

There was only one other software that was a contender. It came is a basic and a better version. I do not think it would do what you wish though. I have had Hiarcs for about four months now, so there may have been new programs added I am not aware of.
