I kind of figured you'd have something cool to post here, Frank.  What sort of board is that?

Thanks, Moriarty... This is an all-Canadian combo. The set is a Chavet repro from coolchesscanada.ca, and the board I picked up from the Chess Store on Mt Pleasant Rd about 25 years ago. Very simple board, but it's acquired a nice patina over the years...

Another great set.  Having so many great sets must make it hard to decide which one to play on.

Hi guys

Over 3000 views but only a few sets?

Must be a lot of computer screen shots of chess.com

I've been meaning to but just haven't taken the time yet. I'll try post something soon. It's nothing fancy.

I purchased this set of pieces from India. I prefer this type of wooden pieces.

Man, I need to quit hanging around you guys.  Maybe I need to pull a Robb.

There you go showing and talking about that BCE set made in India plus your early generation BCE boards.  You know I have one of those new boards coming and the Stage 1 would be cool to use.

To make matters worse, paying him on PayPal is just too darned easy and fast.  Heck, I just bought it on my iPad after putting my laptop away for the night, too easy.  And the current exchange rate puts that 149 Euro price at just a bit over $172.

Well it's done and I just renewed my Chess.com membership for another year a week or so ago.   So I better not even think of closing my account.

You know, I actually am starting to like you guys even though you force me into buying more Chess stuff, well maybe because and not even though.

Trapper4

Wow, I wish I had some of these boards...and the OP's room looks so awesome too... :(

Chicken_Monster

Very nice. I like HOS pricey stuff...and some other stuff...

All of this fanciness........basically every penny I spend on chess goes to increasing the height of my book pile, and I do my studying on the floor with the dust....like a pauper.....a smart pauper though!

Here's to the paupers:
