Fully agree that we should have something like that @Saltman3!
Just in case if you would like to share any further ideas you have on the matter, would be really nice and we can put something up. 
Am I the only one getting tired of the never-ending “What’s the best opening?” posts on repeat day after day?
Why doesn’t this forum have a simple set of stickies (like many other forums) covering the basic opening questions? This is literally what the forum is for and it would cut down on the constant low effort posts from people (especially beginners) looking for some magic opening that will turn them into a Grandmaster overnight.
It’s crazy that Chesscom seems completely fine with this steady stream of repetitive low effort threads instead of putting up a few organized resources at the top of the page for beginners to be directed to. They clearly have the people and the knowledge to easily make that happen so why hasn’t it been done?
