There is a famous game of deFirmian [dont recall black] and following it Gleck vs Hikaru you should check to get ideas for white vs Scandi. I basically follow these if they play 2. ... Qxd5. If they play 2. ... Nf6 you can transfer to Panov attack vs CK as long as you dont mind IQP and are well prepared vs Icelandic gambit.
I like this I call it the Cricket System (named after me of course):
No matter what move black decides to play you can get some kind Cricket System

Just Nf3, Be2, o-o, and eventually c3-d4 and you're better. At least, that's what I do when I remember my prep

in the Scandinavian the board is just so open in the middle and i get tunnel vision and blunder stuff lol. I'm very happy just sticking to the Blackmar-Diemer where barely anyone knows what to do, you know?
