If you mean Tactical Trainer! yes, it improves you ability to analyze your game and opens your eyes to the options which would remain out of an ordinary site (like mine).
It has helped me alot. I was stuck with (a) best win of 1570s or so. It has been only a week and I have already improved that. So, if you really wanna improve you will have to improve your vision................. and for that you will have to become a premium member.
BTW, dont trust your rating right now. You have played only six games.
