Chess.com's Europe Group

Hello Fellowchessplayers!

Do you live in Europe? Then I would like to draw your attention to our Group : Chess.com's Europe Group . Everyone who lives in Europe or has lived there is allowed to join. Meet, chat, talk, exchange ideas and play chess with people all over Europe. We are not a big group at the moment, but we are a group of very nice, courteous people who want to know each other and to improve our chess skill in the process!

We also have Mega Team Matches. For example an open one is that against the Australian Team. We already have over 65 players registered!

Just a point of clarification: is this 'Europe' broadly equivalent to the 27 countries of the European Union?

yes

Actually it's more than that! We are talking here of continental Europe. Roughly speaking it includes the 47 member countries of The Council of Europe, hence our logo picture. Here is a link for more info.

Can i join group  Europe  although i am in  team germany  already?

Of course you can join Europe Group! I'm sending you an invitation!

As a matter of fact you can join as many teams and groups as you want. As for myself I would consider 7 as the very maximum. There are limitations though in team tournaments and world league matches.
