24 hour warning. is there limit yet to the amount of warnings?

Martin0

For this game there is no limit. I also wouldn't change the rules for ongoing games without consent from both players.

I think white is better here anyways. White will play We4 Rhd1 We5+ and it will be difficult for black to hold

White is likely winning.

20...cxd5 21.cxd5 Gxd5 seems more or less forced. Then I'm not sure. Regardless whether white wants to play 22.Rhd1, 22.We4 or some other move black seems completely fine to me. I might even prefer the black pieces. Black has 2 pawns for an exchange which is about even, but then you need to take into account how whites rook has no easy way to infiltrate and blacks king and guard are more active than whites king and guard. In fact blacks guard is a lot more active. Blacks guard might almost be worth a rook, while whites guard is barely worth more than a knight. If blacks guard gets to c3 and blacks pawn get to d4, then blacks pawn will fast get really dangerous when it moves towards promotion.

This said, there is still a lot to play for. My preferred line for black might be 20...cxd5 21.cxd5 Gxd5 22.Rhd1 Rxd1 23.Rxd1 Wc3. Then blacks king is not tied to protect the witch and the witch might find a home on c6 later to prevent a white rook from going to c7. A different idea is to move the witch to a3 later to block whites a-pawn, but that seems less likely to happen to me.

I'd call d5 a blunder. From a clearly better position to a position that might be worse.
