The clock doesn't show milliseconds, it shows tenths of a second.
0.3 miliseconds is 0.0003 seconds.
If the clock showed 0.3 then you had 300 milliseconds

winning with 0.1 is regular when u play lots of hyper.... so it happens to me a lot

One too many zeroes.
3 milliseconds is 0.003.
I won a game from time ( unrated ) and it's was in variants live chess. Since it's variants, I can't really show you the analysis. So, i'll just give you a game made by me that is exactly the same as the real game. It was king of the hill ( KOTH ), I did a lot of blunders because I don't really play bullet and get stressed out from time. Guess time was on my side this time!
