And also, I would like to replace anyone if they are unable to play.

Time control is 3 days per move. If no move after 3 days your opponent can issue a time warning. After the warning you get 24 more hours or you lose. Maximum 3 time-warnings. Fourth time-warning is a loss. (refreshes every 40 moves).

Also each player may once per 40 moves, take 14 vacation days (added to the 3-day move limit).

MathsMaths0, Critica7, Togishere, and raisingsun: can you confirm you are here? We have two players on the waiting list (woofydog106 and JustARandomPatzer). If absent players do not report by June 23 then their slots will be filled from the waiting list. Remember all Round-1 games must be started by June 28. If anyone does not show by this time, then the other player advances.

Anyone surprised that raisingsun has not been online for over a month?

If I understand correctly, then evert should play the loser between @greypenguin and @PawnstormPossie in the losers bracket.

"Looser" means "less loose", as in "not as tight".

The spelling you're looking for is "loser".

Your English is excellent Martin so I assume you would like to be corrected. 

I know the difference between "loose" and "lose", but it's just one of those mistakes I keep on accidentally making. thx.

It's easily done, especially if English is your second language. I'd have left it alone if your punctuation and grammar were terrible, but when it's the only mistake you make, it stands out!
