Hey, everyone. I know I'm not that great at standard chess but I am even worse at Chess 960, so I was wondering could anyone give me some tips. I would really appreciate it.:)

You need to stratagize on the spot... it takes practice... I play it against my dad often though

Push your pawns hard, in numbers, and early, and close down the space for their pieces. I am doing very well against a better player right now using this simple tactic, they are three pawns down and I have three pawns in their half of the board with none of theirs in mine. I have ALL of their major pieces boxed in by my pawns. I find it far more territorial and aggressive than Standard. Just play, be aggressive and don't think too much, 960 is fun, I have only been playing it for a week myself and was terrible at first but you just have to cut loose.
