Event Chess Game (Martin0 - vickalan) #2

Back to a game on a normal 8x8 board. This feels weird after so many games on 10x8 (bulldog), 10x10 (waterloo), and "Infinite" gameboards. This should be really fun!!!
I'll play:
1...Nf6

The 14x14 board in 4 player chess is also quite different which I have used quite a bit recently.
2.d4

Yes, I played that only once, and I enjoyed it. It's good to see there is a working 4-player chess game.
2...e6

Maybe we could try a 4 player bulldog chess game someday. It would require some new graphics for all colors and some additional rules, but might be fun.
3.g3

That would be fun. If it's slow-play it might also be fun to play in teams (2 vs 2). But not sure how to make the win condition - maybe the team with last surviving king wins? My move:
3...c5

I created a forum where we can discuss 4 player bulldog chess:

An event is some sort of rule change to the game. It is chosen randomly, so noone know what will happen when an event start. You can see post #9 and #21 in our previous game to see some examples to what can happen (link to previous game)
This is an event chess game between @Martin0 and @vickalan.
Game rules:
Game starts like a normal chess game with 2 additional rules:
1. Each player may once/game start an event during his turn before making a move (Just say "start event").
2. A player may not capture more than 2 pieces that are not pawns before starting an event (This is to make sure both players need to start an event).
Note that each player starting one event means a game will become a combination of 2 events.
Other rules of this game are identical with rules of classical chess.
When an event starts it will be chosen randomly from over 100 events and consists of some sort of rule changes to the game. More about event chess can be read here. This is the second event chess game between vickalan and Martin0. The first was played here.
Martin0 will play white. Good luck!
