Tomato's idea is great. In fact, it's going to be a different type of Spazzando: Entrazzando.
Wait then Kxf7 is illegal- only QUEENS may capture...
You can play daily on this thread as well.

No offense, but Spazzando should always be a draw, because of fortresses.
Sample where white uses the cornering rule to win material.

There was six checks in that game but checking isn't allowed, though.

"Spazzando" is a new type of chess where promotion, capturing, and checking is not allowed. The game can only end in checkmate. It can never be more than 50 moves due to the fifty-move rule. Castling can be allowed. This game is the first example of the term "Spazzando" used. Hopefully this new variant can go somewhere just as Chess960 when Fischer invented it. Probably will do well with the other types.
