Good luck finding one that can prevent players from using chess programs. I don't know of any.

Hi,
I am just getting into chess, and I would like to eventually play for cash. I imagine, as with poker, there are alot of dodgy sites out there. Can anyone suggest the best places to play for small-medium stakes?
