I was tested at the age of 6 and then at the age of 12. Both tests were administered by a child psychologist. At the age of 6 I scored a 142 and scored a 140 at the age of 12. Most things that I have seen on intelligence, learning ability, etc., is all determined by the age of 8. In fact, this is the argument that the Laszlo Polgar was making when he started his daughters on chess. His contemporaries argued that children were born with a natural gift for chess and those that were not, would never be successful in the game. Polgar was determined to show that the game could be taught at a young age and those players would be comparable to prodigies later in life.

For all those mathematical nominalists out there, by stating that you have a high IQ implies that you probably have a low IQ. On the other hand, if you were to berate yourself for having a low IQ, the more likely of the cases is that you have a high IQ. Of course, this basic principle of the Dunning Krueger does not hold true in all circumstances, but it is nevertheless quite accurate (albeit its simplicity).

Never did it occur to me that trump2020manga1 stated that IQ could be negative at all, and by no means did he specify such.

If you highly doubt that you have a low IQ, it seems more likely to be true that you do indeed have a low IQ. I do not intend to be impertinent here, but the point I am trying to express is that the Dunning Krueger effect holds true in a surprisingly large majority of cases.

It is arrogant to say you have a high IQ. Let other people decide how high your IQ is.

How can I say? Well, I never explicitly stated that you do have a low IQ, but rather I expressed the fact that believing yourself to have a high IQ tends not to be particularly recommendable. For all we may know, you may be exceedingly knowledgeable and dabble in intellectual pursuits. 

If you wish to get a genuine sample of your tested IQ level, it is particularly recommendable that you get tested by a clinical psychologist.

Universities and employers don't care about your IQ.

Your friends and family definitely don't care about your IQ either.

Maybe the only organization that cares is the military... and in that case mostly only as a disqualifier... in other words as long as your IQ isn't ~80 it doesn't matter.
