Would Can't Find Bad Staff sound better?

"Can't Find Good Staff" is a well known phrase. I didn't intend it in a perjorative sense.

You forgot SonofPearl and shadowc.

There is an incomplete staff group. It does not include the newest staff. Baseballfan is no longer here.

That has wrecked a classic scene in the movie; I hope you're happy now.

I see things like this quite often when surfing the web. Could someone explain the purpose to a computer dummy. Is it something that one is to cut and paste to go to  a page or site or is it for some other purpose? And what's it called?   thanks

CSS, or Cascading Styles Sheets, is a way to style HTML. Whereas the HTML is the content, the style sheet is the presentation of that document. i.e. which font, font size, text effect, ...

Thanks for the links. I've read some of it but I think I understand more about  sea squirt discharge on the brain chemistry of Germanic ammonites.

So someone computer literate can read it like prose? What does the CSS you wrote earlier say that couldn't be said in regular english?  Hope these questions aren't too dumb and I don't mean to waste your time. I just always wondered about this stuff.
