Chess on my iPhone is not working.

I am currently unable to play unrated live games on my iPhone since I updated the Chess.com app. Can somebody please tell me how, if possible, it can be done?

Tap new game, then Challenge, then Create Challenge. From there you select the time control, rating range, and rated/unrated.
