Completely agree. The background programming is already done!
Also, not sure why you can't save your self analysis via the app either...this is also available on the web

I just don't get "conditional moves". Just seems kind of smarmy to me. Don't have time for the game you signed up for? Wan't to impress me with your far sightedness? I know I'll get grief for this, but it sure as heck ain't for me.

For me it's not to show off, some times there ware games you already won but need to keep playing for more the a week since you opponent is playing in a really slow pace and don't see the checkmate you found or is just stalling as much as possible in the chance you miss opportunity for whatever reason
The thing with this is: you're not playing any longer. In a way, you're programming your own chess engine to take over.
Before you know it some chess nerd copies all lines of the Queen's Gambit or Réti opening from AlphaZero to move 30 and sells them online. There you go, everyone is a 2200 player now.
So there has to be a limit to the amount of moves you can input.
It's probably best to categorize these in terms of a few lines you want the app to follow.
And click the button for that line with each new move (so you are confirming the premove like usual). Then since this can impede your speed as you probably also want to input a regular premove in case the opponent's move does not meet any conditions, you probably want to enter the regular premove first, then click the conditional option.
It would be interesting to try out as a new optional feature. Vote +1
I'm embarrassed to ask this, but what exactly is a "conditional move"???

Another reason why lichess is superior...people asking for this since 2012 and all the app improves upon is how to nickel and dime you for paid features while lichess keeps getting better all for free.
it isn't though. chess.com is bigger.

NO!!! REALLY!?! How can it be, when lichess is so clearly 'superior'?!?
So.... another year starts and still no mention of conditional moves. It's in the web interface so there is support for it in the backend. Hard to imagine it being difficult to add to the iOS app.
