Forgiveness

There are degrees in how much another party can hurt you. Thus this should be considered if you are thinking about forgiving.

Example a person steals $10 from each of your 3 kids and asks for forgiveness. vs a person who tortured and then killed your 3 kids and does not ask for forgiveness and is not sorry for what he has done.

I would like to make two points about that. For one, this forum so far has not spoken about people who are not penitent. Secondly, I know this doesn't apply to everyone, but I'll forgive everyone anyway no matter what they did because of religion. Again, none of that makes you wrong, but they are things to keep in mind.

I know how your asking for forgiveness from this person might be your desire for closure in this situation, and you are completely right for wanting to do so. However, if this person refuses to talk to you, sometimes it is just better to say I’m sorry and just walk away. Maybe after some rime passes and they remember it, they can forgive you then. Once you’ve done all you can do to get forgiveness, it is no longer your fault, but the fault of the thickheaded person who will not give it. Stay strong.

Yes, but he’s basically addressing the individual that blocked him to help that individual’s thought regarding his views towards him. He is hoping that individual sees the importance behind his very correct thread and put closure to the sad issue it manifested to, helping bigtime that person who blocked him, very loving if you ask me, way cool!

I look forward his return and hope he recognizes blocking is wise, that the individual who desires to toy with such a decent thread can learn from such that mistake and maybe contact his friend asking him to accept that individual’s apology for such ridiculousness.
