improvement suggestion in team matches

Belonging to several teams and while joining a match occationally you happen to be a member of both teams. Is there an easy way to know which team you belong to before you press join and
it gives a warning you're member of both tems and cannot participate?
Also another thing is that quite often I join a match when I notice the other team has upper hand, but not vice versa.
It would be nice if there was some indication on team match join page which team you belong to. Or it's there and I just miss it?
