I played a game recently, where at one point we got the same position 4 times in a row and the game didn't conclude it as a draw, which surprised me in a pretty negative way, since I was in a time trouble and was hoping for the draw. It's a 5min game on a 1200 rating level, so nothing to brag about honestly, but from what I knew (I've played chess competitively as a kid, now I'm "getting back" by playing a blitz game for fun every now and then), it should have been called a draw (see moves 51. to 58.).
The same situation has possibly occured in the end as well, not sure about it.
In the end, I just wanted to ask, whether the rule is different and I just don't remember it properly (which I admit is quite possible), or it's blitz-specific, or possibly a chess.com specific rule (hence why I posted it here - it's my first post, sorry if it's not located where it belongs), or (which I don't expect to be true) a bug in the system.
