Because it was removed by accident. Off Topic is very lightly moderated, and gives a lot more leeway historically and currently. 

 

That could change in the future but for now that's the way it is.

Actually, he went with @Worster000 - I can believe that he thinks he's "throwing them off the trail" with that clever trick. These people really can't help themselves, can they?

I suppose Chess.com could just keep his Premium account on permanent mute and keep taking his money while chasing the new ones as he creates them.
