Increment means that for every move you make, you get some added amount of time. In this case, it was ten seconds every move. Your time didn't go up that much because you probably spent more than 10 seconds a move.
I was playing a rated game against a Computer. It was 10 minutes each. Then I realized his time was going up to 11 minutes. After a while, it was up to 14 minutes. Can someone tell me whats going on, because it was kind of weird.
