Yes, but then I get thrown off when they change.

The ever-changing usernames throw me off. I like when people keep their usernames but change their avatars to fit their mood

Names work better for me, especially since the avatars don't show on the phone. That being said, I instantly recognize when a regular changes their avatar.

I'm with trysts on this. A new name might make a post seem different. If you know who it is, it might make perfect sense.

Firsts time I heard Avatar was in the early 90's, in the Ultima videogame series. (I had to look it up.)
