Stuck at 1100 elo rating, any advice?

I have been playing chess for 2 years I think but ever since I reached 1100 rating, it just felt like my rating has plateaued to the same ratings, sometimes falling back to 1000 rating. Any tips to improve my game to break that chess plateau?

My main struggle is the middlegames where I play one move and everything changes, which made me lose most of my games. Endgames are a minor issue and my openings are good I think but I would need some help and advice.
