Stuck at 1200

I am stuck at 1200 elo on my other account and i am wondering how i can get better. I know that the basic idea to get better is to analyse moves played and to see where to go with them but the problem is that i dont know when i should analyse my opponents range of moves as i tend to not think too deeply in the opening and during the middle game i get a bit too focused on a certain piece of mine and ignore the rest of the opponent's pieces from across the board. Any easy mind fix or do i just need to use more of my time on every move

I think GM Noël Studer's video How To Analyze Your Chess Games (the simple way) is worth watching. The blog post The Game Review Habit That Finally Stuck was written by someone who started using this method.

Are you aware of WGM Dina Belenkaya's Beginner Intermediate Study Guide (1000-1400 Elo) on Chess.com?
