My biggest tilt is of 700 points , I was 2300 in puzzles and fell to 1600 in 1 day, I HAD A TRASH MOOD, and thats why it happened.

Mood is important in chess and sports in general, being able to focus is as useful as knowing how the horsies move
how do y'all deal with 100+ point tilts, i cry in rage and start slamming my keyboard when i lose three bullet games in a row
i'm probably overrated in bullet since i keep losing and i can't untilt, even tho it's just 70 points why am i such a loser
I cry but after sniveling upstairs for a couple hours I find that it would have been better if I won those games
