Chessboard inversion

In friendly games, I'd like to be able to swap the board at any point during the game, meaning the player with the white pieces could take the black pieces and vice versa. I don't think it's a technically complicated modification.

It often happens, always in friendly matches, that your opponent declares that he doesn't know what to do, or that he thinks he's lost despite having a good position. What better lesson, if you could continue the game by reversing the roles, than to be able to demonstrate to him that if he had continued in a certain way he might have won the game?
