looks like White sat back and Black took the initiative with .....e5 and ....e4.

4 Nf3 looks better than 4 Ne2  stopping.....e5   Black could continue to prepare ....e5 with ....Nd7.     Then 5 0-0, e5  and White could exchange pieces on e5 bringing Black's Q up to e5.    At least Black is not for choice in that position.

Actually i was black and I guess11..bxg3 loses the initiative..h4 might be better

11.....Bxg3 is fine, cashing in your advantage to get a pawn.   Also,White's Kingside is still broached.   On 13 Qe1, you should retreat ur Queen maintaining a winning position.

The only major mistake you did was not capturing the white queen when white played Ng3. Otherwise, you played pretty well by pushing your pawns and gaining more space and pressuring white's kingside. White should have prob played h3 when you played Bd6 to prevent the pawn from being captured and attacking the bishop. Then he would have good control over the f3 square and could potentially play on the queen side for counterplay
