Black's best move is to resign Wink
Also 0-0-0 is probably a bit better than in the diagram...

 

And it looks like Black is 7 points down on material plus his king isn't safe in the middle, his pawn structure is so broken his pawns are just targets... and his rook isn't even developed yet.

Black's mistakes were earlier in the game. 

As a beginner, remember to castle when you can.  Deferring it too long can get you in trouble.  

Beginners really like moving their rook to h6 to try to get it into the action that way.  Its generally a very bad move, and you should just avoid ever doing it until you get much stronger.  Rooks go on a row that is open or half open, or behind pawns that you want to protect or push.  Thats how they get in the game.
