Crab Claw opening

Crab claw opening (just a name I gave it) is used as a way to fight anti sicilians. It is especially useful for players who prefer O'kelly sicilian. Richard Palliser, a grand master and expert on anti sicilians shows that it is useful against Nf3 anti sicilians, and it isn't half bad against closed sicilian. I'm still in the position though that it falters against c3 anti sicilians and the grand Prix though.

in respons to e5, black should play e6 follwed by d5 or d6. I actually  messed up by not developing the bishop to b7 before the knight. In the position you show there, it would better to play like this:

Yeah, with that bishop in place e5 doesn't look so great. Well, I guess that demonstrates why move order is important! Smile
