2. Thought: The Black Rook shouldn`t reach the open b-file first

I understand. But I can create a 2:1 pawn majority on king side with Kf1-Ke2 + f3. So it is a clear white advantage. But enough for a win? I wasn`t sure at that stage of the game

its a really interesting position and very complicated. Have to give it a thought later on. But my guess is ,that its drawn

mauerblume, just a question.  What if move 26..... Rd8, 27. Kf1 Na5!  wouldn'd black be better now?

Thanks MaarteenSmit.  I did not see in my visualisation that the Knight could come to Nc4+.  That settles it. :)

Interesting Question! I will look tomorrow at it (I have to go now) But may be 27. Rb2 could be the answer to it . And then Kf1-ke2  But of course 27. ... Bg5 ( ground row) ...

Can't you just take that knight and win a piece? 28. Nxa5 Rxd2 29. Rb7+ and now

29. ... Kd6 30. Nc4+ Kc6 31. Rxe7

29. ... Kd8 30. Nc6+

29. ... Kc8 30. Rxe7

Well, variation c doesn`t work because the bishop is already on g5. But okay, White may keep the better endgame after 26. ... Rd8
